LAWTON – Saying it needed more information, the Board of Comanche County Commissioners delayed action Monday on negotiations over possible premium pay for certain workers.

LAWTON – The Board of Comanche County Commissioners postponed on Monday a closed session to discuss employee-related negotiations to review possible premium pay for a certain group of workers. 

 

Saddle Mountain is on land that was originally part of the Kiowa Comanche Apache reservation.

It was during a period of transition when the Kiowa Comanche Apache Reservation was being turned into family land allotments in the late 1800s that a young woman missionary from Canada moved to Indian Territory.
